Shipping

After the payment has been received, package will be shipped during 1-5 working days. Usually packages are shipped next day, but in case of low stock it may take up to 5 working days. If any other problem may occur, we will contact you via email or phone.

All the packages are shipped from Lithuania.

When ordering delivery of goods in Lithuania, the Buyer can choose the ordered goods:

• Pick up at the selected parcel machine (Omniva and LP Express).
• Deliver the goods by courier to the address specified by the Buyer (DPD).
• When ordering delivery of goods abroad, the Goods shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer. It is up to the Seller to choose which courier company to use, depending on the deadlines and economic aspects.
• The Buyer, having chosen the method of delivery of goods by courier, undertakes to indicate the exact address for delivery of the goods. The Buyer must pick up the goods at the delivery time agreed with the courier.
• Goods that are delivered to the Buyer to parcel machine can be picked up at any time of the day. Goods must be picked up from the terminal no later than within the storage period specified by the operator of parcel machines.
• By disclosing the order number or parcel machine door code to another person, including in cases where the Buyer provides an incorrect telephone number during shopping, the Buyer assumes responsibility and has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of goods to the wrong recipient.

Return

Please note, that according to Article 6.22810 of the CC, the consumer can not return contracts regarding goods made according to special consumer’s instructions, which are not pre-made and are made according to the consumer’s personal choice or instruction or regarding goods which clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.

Goods of improper quality are replaced or returned within fourteen (14) days from the day when you received the product. We will refund you on the original price of the item returned under all requirements.

When shipping a return, please use parcel machine, courier or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return.
